Destination guide
On an island with calm water on one side and strong wind on the other, beaches sit close together. In this space, Boracay packs beach life, water sports, and quiet corners into one place to explore. White Beach has fine white sand and clear blue water, where you swim or just sink into the warm sea. Across the island, Bulabog Beach faces the wind, and colorful kites pull riders quickly across the rough water. Small paths behind the shore hold bars, hostels, and food stalls, giving days a relaxed, social rhythm. Near sunset, wooden paraw boats with white sails glide close to Boracay's White Beach, and you watch them slide past nearby.

At a glance
Busy, friendly, and built for tourism, with social sunsets and bars around White Beach, then calmer pockets in Station 3, Puka, and New Coast.
3 to 4 nights is enough for beach time, water sports, sunsets, and a couple of quieter corners.
Skip it for cheap long stays, deep local life, or wild nature. Windy June to October also brings rough seas, delays, and cancellations.
